Deposit and Payment

Deposit and Payment


A 50% deposit of the total fee is due at the time of booking. This deposit ensures your photoshoot date is secured. This deposit is refundable up until 7 days prior to your photoshoot. Once we reach the timeframe where the shoot shoot is then within the next 7 days, this deposit becomes non-refundable.


The remaining 50% of the total fee is due no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled photoshoot.


Payment can be made through PayPal (preferred), Venmo, CashApp, or Check.


If you pay by check, the check must be in my possession and cleared for me to solidify your photoshoot date.

Cancelation and Rescheduling

Client Cancellation and Rescheduling


If the Client cancels the scheduled photoshoot less than 7 days before the agreed date, the 50% deposit will not be refunded. If the remaining 50% had also been paid prior to the cancellation, this will be refunded to the client. Approved refunds will be initiated by ToriLynn’s Photography within 48 hours of the client cancellation.


Please note that refunds for any payments made via third-party money transfer apps or banking systems are subject to the processing time frames of the respective service provider.


There is no fee to reschedule your session. If you need to reschedule, I just ask that you try to let me know 24 hours in advance if possible. When rescheduling I will hold onto the 50% deposit to ensure the new date will be held for you.


When rescheduling, the deposit will become non-refundable if you reschedule within 7 days prior to your initial booked date. If you reschedule outside of the 7 day timeframe, the deposit remains refundable up until the 7 days prior to your newly booked photo session.


Cancellation or Rescheduling by Photographer

In the event that the Photographer (Tori Lynn) needs to cancel or reschedule the photoshoot for any reason, reasonable efforts will be made to notify the Client as soon as possible.


  • Cancellations by Photographer: If the Photographer cancels the scheduled photoshoot due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, equipment failure, or inclement weather, the Photographer will offer the Client the option to reschedule the photoshoot at a mutually agreed-upon date and time, at no additional cost.


  • Failure to Perform: If the Photographer (Tori Lynn) is unable to perform the services outlined in your agreement for reasons beyond their control (e.g., acts of nature, illness, etc.), the Photographer's liability shall be limited to a full refund of any payments made by the Client.

Photo Usage, Copyright, and Liability

Usage of Photographs


The Client has the option to allow the Photographer to use the photographs taken during the photoshoot for advertising purposes, including but not limited to social media, website portfolios, and promotional materials. The Client may opt into this when filling out the Photographer Client Agreement upon booking.


Copyright


The Photographer retains copyright and ownership of all photographs taken during the photoshoot. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the photographs for personal use only.


Limitation of Liability


The Photographer is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss or damage to equipment, personal injury, or loss of income, arising from the provision of services outlined in the Photographer Client Agreement upon booking.

Reshoot Policy

Reshoots




All services, once completed, are non-refundable, however upon receiving the watermarked versions of your photos, to choose your finalized digitals, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the photos I will offer a reshoot for you.


This reshoot must be requested prior to choosing and receiving your finalized digital copies. If you have already received your finalized copies I will not be able to offer a reshoot.


Reshoot requests must be made regarding the quality of my work. If you are unsatisfied with other factors, such as outfit choice, or location choice, I will not be able to offer a free reshoot, as these things are decisions made by, or agreed upon, by the client and are outside of my control.


If our shoot gets interrupted by bad weather, you will be offered a reshoot equal to the remaining time of the photo session you chose.

How many pictures will we receive?

This depends on the package you book for. You will receive the amount that is stated for your package, with the opportunity to purchase additional digital copies.

What should I wear?

I recommend wearing something that makes you feel comfortable, confident and reflects your personality! I want to be able to capture your unique style in our session together!

Where should we take the photos?
