Things To Bring To Your Photoshoot
What to bring depends on how long your session is, and what you personally believe you might need. Below are just some recommendations of things you might find yourself needing
Props
- Make sure to remember all the props you would like to use in your photoshoot. This is particularly important for themed shoots or cosplay shoots.
Accessories
- Accessories such as jewelry, or bags is a big one to remember if you have a desire to have them in your photos.
A Jacket
- This depends on the time of year and the outfit you are wearing. Whether it just be for between our shots, or it be to add another layer of style to your outfit choice, a jacket has many uses when doing a photoshoot!
Make Up
- For all models/subjects alike, it's important to remember the basic touch up necessities for emergencies. Lipstick/gloss, eyeliner, foundation or powder, mascara, lashes and lash glue, etc. You never know what you might run into!
Hair Styling Products
- These are great to have, especially if the day might be windy. A brush or comb, any styling gel or sprays you prefer, etc. (I will provide hairspray and bobby-pins at our photo session in case of emergencies.)
Other Personal Grooming Items
- Deodorant is always nice to have on you if we might be in the heat. (I will provide make up removers a lint roller and floss sticks just in case!)
What I Will Provide
I will be providing a few items myself, in case of an emergency and to make sure you can focus on what you need, without worrying about too much.
A Snack & Water
- I will provide a small snack, such as a granola bar, and a small bottle of water if you find yourself in discomfort over either of these needs. It's important to stay hydrated and to be comfortable while shooting! Let me know if you need one and I'll take care of you!
Charging Pack
- I'll bring a portable charging pack! If your phone is dying, let me know! I'll grab my USB charging pack for you, which will be charged and ready to go, and we can get you plugged in so you don't have to worry! I will also have three common charging cable types. (USB-C, Lightening, and Micro USB)
